What can I say..

First of all we won the Arena Event. Our Vice leader Niklaus Mikaelson now have increased Exp for a week.

Second thing our guild blocked the Challenge Spell Quest with a huge success. Only issue was the rollback we all experienced which resulted in a death. Else the run was successful without any payments!

In the Insect Quest however, we experienced a lot of issues since players found it hard to listen.
However we managed to block some of the chests for several players.

Apple Sauze - Got all the Items and finally got his Ultra Rich Armor.
Rei Powerz - Received 2 items.
Voltar - Received 2 items.
Andrewt - Received 3 items.

And some others Received 1-2 items.

Next run will take place tomorrow if I can enter. (Else other Guildmembers will block).
And the run after that will take place after the Guild War Event on Sunday.

Even though our main guild is full. We still invite players to our core guild, Second Family. All players in that guild will still have the same features like being in our main guild. Except the Guild War, unless you win of course! (:

This is kind of the wrong thread to write that. I suggest you to send a mail to the staff instead.

I The First Player Send Emil but i Think They Ingore me

It's possible that they ignore some players if you spamm them several times.
But if you're patient and just send 1, they always reply. Atleast towards me and the others I've talked to.
No matter the subject.

Of course you can send multiply mails without taunting them. But it's just useless to send more if it's about the same subject.

Also at the support page (where you usually send your ticket) you can send another text, within the same ticket, under the section comment. That's usually easier if it got to do with the same subject.
It's usually a queue with the tickets, which means that they cannot reply all at once.


I suggest you to be patient and check your email / support page for any notifications.
