We tried to do the quest but when we was in this part of the quest we don't knew what to do, We think that maybe it's a bug in the quest, can tell us about this?

You are actually getting close to solving the puzzle, but you didn't actually solve it. I cannot act as spoiler, but i can confirm that its not bugged.
