why is "blood ii" is deleted without reason ? Can any staff member explain to me ?

If you take a look at the message when you login. It says you got banned by Automatic Deletion for trying to refund you money.
If I get it right, it seems like you got automatically banned by the system for breaking rule #3. would try to chargeback your money after a points purchase we reserve the right to terminate your account. I'd recommend you to open a ticket in the support page to appeal if you're innocent. Or atleast get a better view why you got banned. However, if you broke a rule, they have the right to bann you. You accept these rules when you create the account.

Actually he could still try to refund the money. Since it's payed by a Credit card, you can track the money from your bank.
Also the rules includes "If you, for any reason, would try". Even if he doesn't managed to refund the money, they still got the right to terminate his account. Anyway, I dont know what happened. But as I mentioned, if he want to appeal this case, he should open a ticket. If he's innocent, I'm sure Admin will both help him and fix this Auto-bann system. |

It's not mandatory that only the account which the payment was made through is only banned, usually other characters are used to hide the items, the ban selection is based on several factors. However, some characters might be banned due to suspicious activity (where the suspected had access to this account before), if you wish to go further details and appeal about this banishment, you are welcome to send an email to support@highexp.eu - no further info will be posted on forums regarding this topic due to the user's privacy.
