I'm not sure if you are tying to act like a fool or you are actually a one (no offense), GM Xerazx gave you a straight forward response and clarified that the mounts which were on your account were not authorized, moreover it was unlocked through abusing a bug at the Zaypay payment method (which is data monitored system). The mounts are not going to be returned back to your account even if you started a billion request asking for that, you should be thankful that you are not banned for abusing the bug instead.
