Hello staff I want to send an email at support@highexp.eu but i get this error message:

I personally took time to test the 3 options. ( I also use GMAIL ).
I first tried your option, to send a ticket through Gmail. And I got the same error. (Have in mind that I don't know why it doesn't work). I then tried with the other options and it worked just fine. Option #1: Click on the SUPPORT button on the right side of this page. Option #2: Click on 'Support' on the upper side of this page > Login with Gmail on that page > Click on 'Submit a Request' I made a tutorial with a video some months ago. Our mail server was down for the last few hours, directly sent emails to support@highexp.eu (during the last 4-8 hours) are all dropped. If you have submitted a ticket through the "Submit a Request" form or the "Support Tab" on the right side of your page, both requests are received. In most cases to figure whether your request was received or not you may check if you receive the automated response that your "Request #ID was received".
The mail server is now up again and all functionality is back. |
