Drunk atm, hope my text is readable.

At Crystal Base there's an NPC. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name. But it's something with "Gnome". (The NPC north of the Rebirth NPC).

Basically you need to deliver some items to him. *
* 2000 Crystal Tokens
* 100 Gold Bars
* Bag of oriental spices.

All these items are drops from monsters in the Crystal Base spawn.
The Bag of oriental spices though are only accessible from Super Wiggler. He's located in Fungus and can be quite annoying since he doesnt re-spawn that fast.
