Hard to say because both are good in different situations. (Rich Boots and Coconut Boots).

Coconut Boots has a higher protection. Which means you'll have a higher survivability.
You'll be able to block more.

While Rich Boots got the advantage of a small ~regen~ and reflection damage. Which can boost your damage towards a player or monster. I personally always use Rich Boots when I level. Or in a 1v1 situation.
