Where is my Rich Shield

I was loose my rich wand, i message you (Community Manager) and Rich wand came back but now I lost my Rich Shield. What is happening?

@Yuset Iv: Your character had lost (4x Rich wand - 2x Admin Freeze Rune), the original item was recovered to your account through the server shop. Your rich shield was not deleted or lost due to any of the server systems, which concludes that we are not going to recover something we are not responsible for. I'm sorry about your loss and hopefully you can read the text and understand it.
