let me tell u one thing ..... ur service with Egyptian Donation is really really really Suck .... i must wait about 48+ hours to get my donation i donated 2 days ago and no points is here yet WTF is that u call that a 24 hour service ????? thanks for the useless customer servicers nad useless support team ....

I can clearly see that all the Egyptian payments are already proceed. If you didn't receive your points it means we didn't receive your email. Have you received a ticket #id for your request? If you didn't, you probably didn't verify your request through the confirmation email sent your email address.
