bro i dont have the full screen about it but i have seen a post from community says that your hp higher than careless hp so you took hp dust in q 1k so i suggest you be more patient and send a mail to support@highexp.eu also make first words "am sorry for my spamming" then explain to them every thing and wait their reply. so they can help
