i thought the point of " Dedicated Castle " is not to lose it, i even sent ticket once i bought this castle if there's any chance to lose it and ur answer was No u can even be offline for 1 year and u won't lose it how did i lose my castle then ?!
i don't advice u guys to pay money here since htey don't respect their players and lie to them.

Personally I dont see a reason to remove your castle or delete any characters.
