You do not get banned / jailed for saying things to Admin or the Community Manager.
Also I want to include that the Helpers doesn't jail for rude comments either.
I get trashtalked a lot and didn't jail them for that.

Anyway, your items/account is your responsibility. If you lose it/them due to your naivety it is your
fault.
If you read rule #3 you'll see that the Staff only recover items if it's a server fault/issue. And like Old Zibo shared, he accepted some sort of software from players he trusted to gain free points. Which resulted him getting hacked. I'm really sorry that you got scammed but I doubt the staff will do anything since it's not any of their fault.
If this happened in RL-Tibia, I doubt the Staff would get involved too..

I urge you to be more careful in the future and not accepting files in skype from anyone..

You accepted a file through skype. Best is to remove that file and then scan with your anti-viruse.
