Hello after this server save my char was gone, and alot of other chars came up on my account instead I dont understand anything?

Can you give out the names?
Most players confounds the Highexp.eu server with the Highexp.us server.
Maybe you did it too? Else this sounds really odd.

Well the character name is on this server aswell, the name is Zypro I played with my friends and then the server save came and when I logged in with the same details I came to one other account wich was not the one I played on earlier, I had that account on your OT long time ago, maybe I used the same account name/password idk its very weird. But can you please get me my old character back so I can play? I was just about to donate on it aswell and all this happend. Thanks / Zypro

Tbh I find it little hard to understand your story.

Anyway, I think it's best if you get in touch with Admin. I'm sure that you guys can work out a solution.
