Do i only have 1 chance to do the quest? i didn't know that and i've tried doing it solo but i was dead there and now i can't take the items again :s

I assume you mean the Thanatos Quest. You only need the Quest items the first time. So you can enter tje quest now without the items. Also I recommend you to get a team. Else it will take forever to finish the quest.
