How can i be promoted to helper? I help a lot of players who are new in the game and answer a lot of questions,but how the admin should know about that and promote me?

Firstly it's promote not demote demote means have your rank lowered promote means move your rank up secondly their is a application form on the discussion page that cm opens when he thinks the server needs new helpers. So just keep doing what you are doing by helping people in game and that and when t opens you can apply there
