I just started playing earlier today and i got rebirth 20 then logged off.. and when i logged back on i was back to rebirth 0 with all the armor i started with how does that even happen

i know she ahd 20 rebirths shes my stepsister and i was with her the hole time

Server crash?
Sounds really weird that she lost 20rebirths, "just like that"? =/

Anyway, I dont want to be rude but 20 rebirths ain't that hard to get.
Can't she start to rebirth again? I'm not sure if the staff will recover the rebirths.

Since it took 5hours to get the rebirths, she probably kills the wrong creatures. I recommend Stupid Skeletons and mainly Troll Champions up to rebirth 50.

well she really only can p[lay while at my house and she only comes once a week soo yea and its not jsut her rebirths her items were reset too

There's no way to make you lose rebirths, actually rebirth downgrade is not possible. Also server didn't crash and even if it did, by ,making a rebirth you are required to logout then re login this relog forces the server to save your character, so in worst cases and the server crashed there still no possibility to lose your rebirths.

Maybe your sister is trying to login to another account with similar name, not sure but what i'm completely sure from that the rebirth is not downloadable due to any issues.

Actually umm if this server runs the way i think it does it couldve been a small glitch in the sqlite database ive seen this happen before

Sorry Oblivious, it doesn't run that simple. in addition we have backups of every stored data and none of them faced such trouble.

Yes of course. -If you're telling the truth etc, Im not calling you a lier but it's pretty odd that this happened(shouldn't happend), but on the other hand- why would someone waste time reporting this in this low level?(rebirth)
