Where to buy dice?

Pirates drop them.

In temple is teleporters to the left, goto Cities > Pirate City (first one to the left) > When you're inside you take the teleport to the right (Pirates City) and viola! The Plauged Pirate Marauder drop a dice all the times I've tried to loot a dice.
