all my equipment and backpacks have been stolen of charcters all things of game value have been stolen from my house what can i do. please help me

The main reason why none replied is because there's nothing we can do I'm afraid :/
Unless it was the servers fault that you lost the items and I doubt it was like that.

Thank you for the reply it was just wired logging in and having nouthing on any of my harecters but i chnaged my password and bought rich and yeah seeming there is nouthing that can be done. is there no way you can check the ip adrees a charcter has been log into by?

Even if they did that, Im not sure if they would recover your items. They cannot works as detectives.

Yeah so true i see where your coming from thank you for your help and how can you get in contact with admin or somone higher just wanna see if somthing can be done ive spent valuable money on that stuff.

Best way would be to email them: Support@highexp.eu
Also you can open a ticket (same principe). Just click on support on the forum (beside What's new?), and then click on Submit a request. I would give you a link but atm I having some issues doing that.
Hopely "my tutorial" was good enough.
