WHAT SHOULD I DO TO FIX THIS ISSUE ?

Well i tried again and its telling me that i need either "x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of this program" and to contact the software publisher.

My System type is (64-bit) if that would help solve the problem thanks.
