I got 0 rebirth from 250 rebirth WTF?

I was 250 rebirth and I got so many items.Now I logged in to my character It's 0 rebirth and I lost my all items I only got starter items Admin WTF .. Baew

I lost my VIP and all items and all rebirths...Please give them back to me.....
