You can not lose your items due a mistake from our side (since u already had the items for more than 24 hours). and even if so we are sorry we can't refund any items back.

The crash might have effected the house changes which were done since the last server save (server saves every 2 hours), so 2 hours of item lose maybe and for only houses.

But for players / player depot items it has an individual save system each few minutes so players can't be strongly effected in case of such crash, look at your post carefully you said that you were (.Logged on ) which always comes after a (Log out) and doing a Logout forces the server to save all of your account data.
