how long does it take for owner/staff to answer a support ticket been 15 days come on can't take that long to answer it back

As i have said in many other threads the Staff are inactive and havn't responded to a ticket in 2 months. We know it's bad and we hope it will get better soon enough. You ain't the only one who're upset about this.
