Hello, when i click on the castle ikon it say all the castle is full so wait 24 Hour or write to support@highexp.eu.. the support dident answer so i need help.

Send them a ticket.

4. Wait for an answer.
5. Do not spam quicker answer.

I actually have already sent one ticket about that issue a few weeks ago, didnt got replied yet, also asked Riesen to point that thing to admin (since I dont have direct contact with him) but as I can see this issue still exists.

Sorry Hortblade, I was so wasted back then. I will send Admin "another" msg but not sure when he'll reply.

He got scammed. Because someone had almost the same name as Staff and he went on it hopefully Staff help him.
