Hi, I want to change my US donation items to EU because US is dead and EU still having people or maybe I want to delete my chars and items in US (like refunding my points but in a different server) for points in EU and I need to contact a administrator to talk to him of some bug that I have with some donation. Thanks.

Send them a ticket.


Guide:
1. Click on Support east of forum page
2. Fill in the ``empty headlines``
3. Click on Submit when you’re done.
4. Wait for an answer.
5. Do not spam quicker answer.

sorry. highexp.eu and highexp.us are 2 diffrent servers.

if everyone could change their items between those servers, i think everyone under 1200 will start the us server, they stay at eu because they got items here and no one plays at us

I sended them a ticket and they won't answer me, what should I do?

just take this from me.

first of all admin won't reply quick because he is unactive. or he just doesn't care.

second of all even if they answered the answer will be the same. u won't be able to change items between the 2 servers because it are 2 different servers.


just try to get donations in game, if not hard. farm mdc, eggs, orbs.
