Regardless of the reason behind these offensive messages (religion, politics) or whatever else, you are free to use the Ignore functionality in your game client to avoid such kind of offense in the future. We know that there are players with bad attitude, however, we only take actions against them if the negative behavior persisted. Please note that a player may get banishment after the 1st offense if the message was broadcasted using !broadcast command. I hope this became clear by now.
