3-Why Server Sometimes Down?

I cannot answer on the 2 first question but the 3rd one.
I'm online daily and I haven't seen the server down? It's sometimes down at 5am CET for a couple of minutes. Reason = Global server save. But besides that it's not offline. Maybe it's your connection?
