This is Minato's death list he was 1686 before update and i saw it before you close the server you got to explain this crap..... put yourself together and figure this out. Also in my perspective it seems like you just put numbers on players.

i guess so dhavii, they removed 100 rebirth when i was first player get 1900 saying it was cloned and fished monsters, from 1900 to 1783 then i rebirthed to 1836 so they said ok lets remove more 110 rebirth like before he is 1836? ok lets do it 1726? or just because u gonna make all high rebirths low reb so old powerz of them we can't let him be?

desert pally gained 300 rebirth by fishing he lost 60 rebirth. obskurum almost full rebirth by monsters he didnt lose 1 reb and toooo many players names? i'm not gonna say names but you have to check before u remove not only because we are high rebirth you have to complain.
death rush in old update had advantage of thanatos monsters to get rebirth and used alot of OP HUNTING spawn to get rebirth does this spawns exist now? NO.
you gonna say death rush made it by his hand? NO BY BOT. JUST LIKE WE FISHED.
u removed 125 rebirth from sty les, 190 rebirth from doctor powerz almost 400 rebirth from gollum, 250 rebirth from ultimate sniper, gave Minatous over 60 rebirth as reward and didn't even remove rebirths which he used monster to get.... FAIRNESS?

no i dont use much rebirth after 1609 i used monster

and u remember when i win top arena i hunt with demsotar dont lier plx

Please read GM Xerazx post carefully about the rebirths downgrade as we will not be holding any discussions about these individual downgraded characters on forums for their privacy. If your character was downgraded, you have all the rights to send us an email to support@highexp.eu and we will fulfill your request sending you out the reason beyond both the downgrade itself and the amount your character got downgraded by. Any further posts related to this topic will be removed without a further notice, kindly cooperate with us to keep everything clean and organized.

The post is clearly standing that if you need to know the details beyond the number of rebirths you got downgraded by, you MUST send an email in English, use translate.google.com if your native is not English.
