Regarding players who had VIP medals, the medals have been removed and 450 points have been refunded to the owner for each medal he had, so if someone had 3 medals, he will find 1450 points in his account now.

Players who were already VIP for a period longer than 10 days left in their VIP have received a full refund of 450 points to their account and the vip has been removed.

Players who were already VIP for a period LESS than 10 days left in their VIP have received a refund of 250 points to their account and the vip has been removed.

As announced earlier, the downgrade has been completed for players who have over-rebirthed using the fishing monsters. If any of the downgraded players would like to appeal against the number of rebirths his account got downgraded by, he should send an email to support@highexp.eu through his registered email on the account and we will provide him with the information available. We will not hold any discussions about this topic on forums an we may delete any threads related to this without further notice, we will only share information with the account owners who got downgraded and through their own email.
