But the problem is, she's still in test, she does an awesome job answering like what are MDCs, what are donation coins, and some other random stuff, I personally dont like to explain things via PM since other players can have the same doubt about the question itself, I only do PMing for friends and for real issues, like someone bug abusing or breaking the rules.
So when I'm explaining anything that siri doesnt previous answered, she just keeps getting some words on the phrase and keep like trashing the answer, mainly when it is big and you need more than one sentece.
So perhaps, a good idea would be whenever a new player joins the help channel, Siri send one message like "Hello, I'm Siri and I'm here to help, please tell '@Siri' before your question" Also your Idea on our helper names at MOTD its great.
(Totaly off topic, but a remove on the 10 seconds for us helpers on help channel would be nice, as said sometimes you need to use more than one sentence to reply someone, its not a big deal though)
