[HOW TO] Send a mail to the Staff. (Bug/issue/feedback).

This is a Video Tutorial on how to send a mail to the Staff, and also how to track it.

Have in mind*

* That it's a queue, so it may take a while before they respond.
* Don't spamm mails with the same issue.
* You can also track your "request" with your normal email. (Yahoo / Gmail / Outlook).
* Read the rules before you send a request.


I added music in the Video to avoid the silence. Just mute it if you dislike the song.
Another guy liked the song so I added the whole song. Which means that*
The Video Tutorial Stops at 1:51. The rest is just the song. (1:51 to 3:15)

Important Note: Selecting the "Email Verification" is to made to tell you that you have to open your inbox and confirm your request if this is your very first request (there's a confirmation email usually sent after opening your very first ticket). However, this is a one time email confirmation to authorize your account on the server helpdesk. In this video tutorial my request didn't need to go through this step because my account is already verified before, so i could directly open a ticket. Make sure to click the confirmation link sent into your inbox if this is the very first time you open a ticket, otherwise, your ticket / message will not arrive to the staff and probably considered as a spam message.

Good Tutorial, keep it up!

Thank you!

Usually when I send a mail it's all automatically in my head.
Basically I click everything without really bothering what I click.

However, I wrote above that I misjudged the Email Notifaction.
I decided to keep this video since it doesn't really have a huge inpact on how to send a mail, despite my misunderstand on the Email Notification.

No problem, i have updated your main post to include the instruction to avoid considering your message a spam message if you don't mind it.

I don't mind at all.
Was planning to use this Thread to players that want to contact the Staff privately, and dont know "how to".
Any improvement you make will just make it better.
