Important Note: Selecting the "Email Verification" is to made to tell you that you have to open your inbox and confirm your request if this is your very first request (there's a confirmation email usually sent after opening your very first ticket). However, this is a one time email confirmation to authorize your account on the server helpdesk. In this video tutorial my request didn't need to go through this step because my account is already verified before, so i could directly open a ticket. Make sure to click the confirmation link sent into your inbox if this is the very first time you open a ticket, otherwise, your ticket / message will not arrive to the staff and probably considered as a spam message.
