How to spend mana fast and lvl fast up in magic lvl?

If they haven't made a change lately, the highest magic level is 35 as a Sorcerer.
You can get a little higher magic level if you equip certain items, e.g VIP helmet.

But magic level is a waste. The rebirths and new promotions are the things that will increase your damage.
And 35 shouldnt be an issue to reach

My magic level is 40 hh,
it increases the atking not the healing.

Well i send a message to the support regarding this, the answer was:
"Yes we have recently enabled the skill to increase up again, but there are not relevant to the spells formula, which means that they will not affect the spells power."

Hm, I guess I weren't that "lost" then
