Before I tell you how to recover your account, I will show you these two rules.
- 3- We will not be held responsible if you lose any item you obtain from the shop either, if your items were lost due to a server fault we may try to help you but there is no guarantee. If you, for any reason, would try to chargeback your money after a points purchase we reserve the right to terminate your account.
- 11- No Sharing accounts in order to keep your account in secure and safe, else you are taking the risk by sharing your account info with someone else.
It's not possible to lose your account unless you give your account info out.
I've had a character here for almost 3years and I've never been hacked.
Also these below things helped me to recover a account I havent used for a whole year!

Now to the point! Recovering your Lost Account!
In order to recover your Lost Account on Xerazx-OTS you will need to :
-Go to the following page: https://highexp.eu/lostaccount
-Choose whether you wish to recover it via email (system will send you an email with your login info) or you have a recovery key and wants to directly use it.
-Last step is filling in the form with the required info.
Now you have successfully recovered your Lost Account!
What if i don't remember any of my account information except my Character Name?
Please send us the following info to our email support@highexp.eu or either you can Submit a Ticket,
Character name:
Account name (guess):
Last Password(guess):
Email:
Your IP Address: (What's my IP Is a great site to see your IP Address)
Once we receive the above info we will be able to look further into this,
Take care of your Account !
I can say by own experience that both of these solutions works fine =)
I didn't lose the account by hacking. I just forgot my account info.
I made this thread because it's easier to link ingame to the Forum.
