Go to the Mount Room, here:

Talk with Olms, and buy as many taming items as you can
(each taming item costs 100 donation coins)
Step #3
Go to any mount TP, for this example, let's choose bear:

Use the taming items for a chance to win the mount, once you tame it successfully, you will be able to use your new mount:
