I want to know the prices of rich items and ultimate manarune (exp eggs and mdcs)

back when i was young the prices were already expensive, sometimes i think it was just yesterday, people bought exp eggs on site to get rich items instead of buying rich items to get exp eggs

the prices were 300-400 eggs for 1 rich, i m not even surprised if the prices are 1000+ eggs already

times are changing and we won't get more eggs than we used to do..

Basically 1 rich item is worth 120-170MDC. 1MDC is worth about 5-10 eggs.

Ultimana should cost around 235-300MDC

So should i buy rich items with eggs or mdc?

Yes you can buy them with the exp eggs and the MDC. Also it depending on who you buying it from.
