[Read before posting] How to easier contact the staff

Hello!
This is not a complain or anything towards you players. But after a look on the Forum (What's New), I noticed several threads with the same "meaning". The issue seem to be losses (houses/castles/items). And some of the threads are created by the same person with the same context.




What you have to understand is that the Forum are mainly for us players. A place to discuss ingame "things" etc, etc. Dont count on the Staff to reply to every single thread.
However(!), if you wish to contact the staff, which it seem in all the threads, it would be a better solution to open a ticket. There are some guides around the forums but basically it's like sending a mail.

Here's a fast guide.
1) Open the Forum page and click on the 'Support'-Button on the right side of the page.
2) Fill in the details and enable "Email Verification".
3) Click 'Submit'.

It's just that simple =) Here's a image what it looks like.



Their reply will be sent to your email.

You can also check your reply on Highexp's support page. (clickable link)
And then click on 'Check your existing requests'. Have in mind that you have to login with your email. I personally use GMAIL

This is mainly from my own experience. Every single ticket I've sent been answered.

Have mind that the Staff are real people too, can't expect them to answer every ticket within 2 minutes.
It's hard to maintain more than one server and the ticket probably has a queue.

Also (from my own experience) the staff usually update players ticket(s) but due to the lack of knowledge, they spamm the forum that they hasn't got an reply.
