ive been trying to do the moronia quest with kog skull but im confused on how to do it because it says I need a cultish mask and a special kind of bag with a apple slice inside it if you can please help me he also gave a me a hallowed axe

there is a when you go on the hunt , before the doors on the left side there will be a pink tree , click the hallowed axe on the tree and you will get the apples , but i dont know how to get the mask , if anybody knows pls help .
