Actually we are not changing our engine, we cannot do this as our engine is mostly customized to be compatible with our server only, technically, we have upgraded our internal engine. To answer your question, no, what happens on the beta server stays on it. Your progress from this real server is what matters, the beta will close soon and the release will come out, you will find what you have done in the current live server (highexp.eu) exists with you after the update.
