there some questions i want to ask maybe you have answer.

1- what is main reason of using support e-mail?
2- what is purpose of reporting something you find it wrong?
3- how can i report my problem if e-mail support not the place which should i use to report?

maybe i use e-mail in wrong way, maybe they doesn't know what is the importance of e-mail support or even know how to deal with it? maybe.

i did this thread because i have a problem but i can't find it, there players think they are legends or whatever.
i'm player who want to help his friends so stop raging bro.
