You have already started an identical thread to this one at the "Bug Report" board. Apparently you are trying to spam the forums with inaccurate bug report that is mostly relevant to an issue with your own internet (resolving issue probably). Kindly consider this is a warning for not to do this kind of "spam" / "thread duplication" on the forums or you will be banned of it.

There are no bugs with the login server, everything running smoothly so far.

Internet problems are not limited to how good or bad your ping is to a certain server. Ping only indicates the time took to the network to travel from your current location to the server's you are sending the ping request to which is 95ms in your case. In order to make a fully successful connection to the gameserver you are using two network layers ( Application and Transport), application layer takes place whenever you are asking the DNS to convert the server's domain to an IP address (UDP). Once you have logged in, you start using TCP connection which lays at the Transport Layer.

Your DNS query might be slow or sort of which might cause this issue of not being able to see your character list or validate your login credentials until you make few attemtps.
