A man cheating me playing the casino, gave a rich boots and win but then disconnected . It was not returned to connect .

first u need to have a proof he scammed u. and ur playing roll on ur onw risk the game wasent made up by staff it was made up by players. if u get the proof he scammed he will get banned but u dont get ur item back sry.
if u want to play roll play with someone who u trust or know

Junor is right. Stealing / scamming is illegal but the Staff wont take any actions unless you have proof that he scammed you (or another person).

And I'm sorry about your item, but as Junor mentioned, it's a chance they wont return your item(s).
Your items is your responsibility. If you lose it/them due to your naivety it is your fault.

I urge you to not gamble in the future.
And if you decide to gamble, try to take screenshots or record it. - So they can take an action against the player if he abuse the rules.
But as mentioned, even with the proof, there's no guarantee you'll get your items back..

I do not want anything in return just want justice , as there are now many scammers .
