While we know that there are several players would be breaking the rule of bot usage on a daily basis, we really take actions against a player after he receives a decent number of reports against his bot case. This sounds little creepy and unorganized but that's how it actually used to work for quite long time, however, these days GM Xerazx is working on our game engine to get it up and compatible with the latest Tibia client version 10.76, we will see how it ends up, after that we might either implement our custom client version with bot disabled (where you have to use this client to login) or a decent automated banishment system based on the players reports, something like Tribunal.

I can't speak for the others, but I've personally never used BOT to violate any of the existing rules. That's more than can be said about you. Wasn't that long ago you ran around using MC with BOT to combo heal/attack other players.
