You need to deposit Mega Donation Coins at your bank.
The NPC is located at the top floor in portal tower. All you have to do it deposit the MDC and it will automatically draw the required amount of MDC from your bank to pay the rent. (each month).

There's a House Link were you can track the monthly rent.
Simply search up your own house (in the house link) if you want to know what the monthly rent is.


How to get to Portal Tower [?]

Start from Temple
1) Go / use the portal to Depot.
2) Use the rail cart east from depot.
3) Where the rail cart stops, move north and pass the bridge,
4) After you passed the bridge, keep moving north and you should see a huge building (tower),'
5) Move up all the ladders to the top floor.
6) Voila ! You've arrived to the Bank NPC
