As far as I know he cant be banned by that, maybe if you have proof something could be done about it, but its just a maybe, the thing is, you just trusted the wrong person. even though I dont agree with what old said, he's right, that isnt proof in my point of view, I can consider, in this order VIDEO > PICTURE > MANY WITNESSES to be considered proof, by "many witnesses" its better if you have players that are not related to you like friends, or guild mates. Also, witnesses and pictures can be easily manipulated, so I can tell you that video record its the best proof you can have to get any action taken.
