Spawn System Improvements & Paladin Fix!

Hey Guys,

By next server restart you will notice two small changes at the server but they actually have a big impact on it.

First, we are pushing out a newly designed spawn system (the system which handles the monsters respawning after death), the new system will improve the speed of monsters spawning regardless of the player movement, roaming within the resp no longer delays the spawning time. For example, we used that if somebody is moving around the resp usually it blocks the resp from being respawned as fast as if it was empty. Further, it could even delay the spawn for a longer time than its specified spawn time. Gladly this will not happen again, the new system is way smarter than the old one to force a monster spawn at the moment where the player is not there,

Second change is the Mega Holy Spell, since the last PvP Patch and the Mega holy had a big issue with it's formula, this issue caused a huge negative impact on the spell damage, probably more than 50% of the spell damage was slipped. Thanks to Dustintje for recognizing this bug and reporting it. Paladin mega spell has returned it's pure power again!
