i Donated for 6000 premium coins but i have no idea how i claim the mount that you are suppose to get for free from that any one know how?

You should be notified about the reward and where to redeem etc once logged on your account on the website. However, if this not the case please click the "Support" tab at the right of your screen to contact us and include your payment info such as method, date and character name.
