He said that he would give me an mega ring for the the house ( in main city ). After 5 minutes of arguing about if i should leave the house first or if he should give it to me first. I decided to record it and leave it. And ofc i got scammed.
He gave the house back. But i want to let all of you guys know that he's a scammer.

I was involved in this situation. I joined after Newbiie got scammed so I couldn't tell him about the new sell command. Anyway, we managed to get this house back since the "real owner" entered the character.
However, I cannot know for 100% if this is true but Old Zibo said he had shares. I doubt he will scamm in the future but I urge players to not do risky trades.

It's more like a warning (guide-line). Else players would be banned ages ago. Also when Ebony wasnt my character, I asked Admin/Cm for a transfer. But they said it was ok and my responsibility if I get hacked.

They added the command !sellhouse for a safer house trade (not applied to castles).

Sharing is not illegal. It's more like a warning since you might get hacked.
