Before you start the video let me put some statements out.

* I started the recording mainly because - The Blood - used 'auto target' on me.
* This thing went on for ~5minutes before he trapped me
* Me and Rush cannot kill eachother
* He claimed that he wanted to kill me but he only attacked with spear?
* As soon as he trapped me, he told - The Blood - to go level. If he wanted me dead, wouldnt it better to ask for help?
* No, he just wanted to block me since he knew I used an apple.
* I didnt manage to record this but the main reason why he wanted me "dead" was because I reb fast.


This awaken my suspicion wich eventually ended with a jailing. If I could move out of the spawn, I wouldn't had jailed him but my only option here was !dead.
If this is not blocking spawn, I don't know what "blocking spawn" is.

The only thing I regret is perhaps giving him a better warning before I jailed him.

I hope Admin / Community Manager care for my statement before you decide an action. I srsly couldnt kill him or move. And if he wanted me dead, Im sure he would've asked - The Blood - for help.






And I can assure you that I wouldnt had jailed him if he given me an option to move.
Should I've just used !dead?

Death Rush, you're allowed to be mad, but seriously, I had 0 options to move. This is blocking for me, I couldn't move even if I wanted to.
Perhaps if you attack me next time with SPELLS and ask for help from others, I wouldn't jailed you.

I should also mentioned that I care more about my Senior Tutor more than 1 rebirth.
I started to upload this video as soon as you started to spamm me with messages. And even died in the process.

So I wasted an apple even without your blocking Death Rush.

death rush is saying its not blocking the spawn but actually he is blocking the spawn but just for one certain player and thats you riesen i think you did the right thing

as shown on the video he was blocking a player not the spwan the spwan was freely to use he was blocking a player so whats the illegal even though he was attacking and traping which not illegal and he wasn't blocking the resp no rules says blocking player druing pvp leads to jail

Idk if saw the video but this is 100% blocking a spawn, it doesnt matter where
in the begin or in the middle it is still blocking.

And btw i dont dislike rush if it was Sariel my rl i would tell you the same.

what is the right thing i've played tibia for more than 6 years and never seen such a rule that allows u to jail player which is killable/attackable and as the video shows death rush was attacking him with mega/spear and he even said he wanted to kill him so why did he jailed him instead of using !dead to get rid of the trap which isn't an illegal trap.
