I cant login it says server is under maintance try to reconnect later and others have it 2 i saw and ive seen on Highexp.eu/online that it is players online why is it possible for them but not for others?

sometimes that happens but usually i try once it says under maintanence but then the 2nd time it opens and everything is usual
