Well let me quote out this part from the server rules
12- No selling your character for items in game or for real money.

Why is it illegal to sell your own items which you would have already paid for it ,moreover and from an economical side you would be acting like a reseller for the server? Simply because some players would abuse this and scam each other's real money, so basically we don't prefer to risk allowing such kind of trade in interest of preventing such cases. However if you really up for acting like some kind of reseller in your region / town or even country you can contact us via email and we can agree on some kind of deal with you, so you can be a legit seller.

About Dee Lucky: Honestly i have no idea if he had the opportunity to do this while he was a Helper or only before, but so far if he was doing something from the behind it would be considered as an illegal matter and he would receive the same banishment for that.

Last thing about the banishment duration, it seems to be missed by me while setting up your banishment duration, however i would have noticed that but not before 48 hours (where your actual banishment should be expired) but since you just reported it and pretending that you completely had no idea about the existence of the rule, your banishment has been removed by now but make sure that to take care in the future elsewhere you would receive a fully account termination.

Yes we had a deal on that, he was doing it with permission, first he was doing it from the behind and his account was banned also all his items was suspended, In addition that he was doing it for polish players since we don't have a polish payment system (bank transfer and some other methods related to their country).
