Seriously are we paying money for 90% downtime, and the other 10% laggs?
Your team have to do something now and thats quickly.
Have been same problem day out and day in now, If its true ur during a DDOS attack, the only thing you can do to handle this problem is talk to your ISP. Unless you have enough bandwidth, capable handling all data packets that must be answered.
And if its not a DDOS attack problem, then could you write a post about the problem so people maybe may understand abit better.
